Romy van der Lee obtained her PhD at the Department of Social and Organisational Psychology at Leiden University in 2013; the title of her dissertation was “Moral motivation in groups”. Her research focuses on the motivational aspects (e.g., attitudes, behavior, psychophysiology) of group processes and intergroup relations. She is currently collaborating with the Netherlands Organization for Scientific Research (NWO) on a project that focuses on equal funding opportunities for men and women in academia.
